in our XP-team. Our company, Gemplus, is a high tech company, which is leading in the area of smart card technologies.

Our team, which is located in Boeblingen (near Stuttgart/Germany), has the world wide responsibility for the future Customer Service Portal. Of course, we are using Extreme Programming (XP). Among other technologies we are using HTTP, XML, CSS, JavaScript, and server side scripting. One of the major parts of the portal will be the Call Tracking System. The portal is essential for the future success of the company.

• excellent knowledge of an object-oriented programming language such as Java or C++,
